International Research Centre (IRC)

To provide a seamless approach to multi-country research, TNS operates the International Research Centre (IRC) in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Consistency and Efficiency

The IRC is part of an ongoing strategy designed to use TNS' global strengths to deliver the highest standards of consistency and efficiency to our clients on a regional or global scale. Working closely with country offices, the Asia Pacific IRC provides a centrally managed, uniform system for cost coordination and project management.

   TNS has created centres of excellence for managing multi-country projects in each region with the objective of proactively servicing global clients. These centres are staffed, trained and resourced with 'best in class' people, systems and tools, and use the processes to ensure consistency across the globe.
 
Expertise through specialisation

The IRC offers specialist capability in the design, management and delivery
of mulit-country, regional and global research programs. With Hong Kong & Singapore plus a data processing team in Guangzhou, China, the IRC includes 11 specialised MCP project services teams, comprising over 50 logistical and project management experts. With sector expertise in Technology, Consumer, Finance, Automotive and Healthcare, the IRC now offers full alignment with TNS' key areas of business, further demonstrating our philosophy of expertise through specialisation.

 
End-to-end hub approach

The IRC brings together all aspects of TNS' operational capabilities to provide an end-to-end hub approach, including cost coordination, project management, access to all TNS fieldwork solutions including the International Call Centre and the 6thdimension™ online access panels, data processing and automated reporting.
